Audialsense will set up a site-specific installation in the main lecture hall at the Department of Architecture and Spatial Design, London Metropolitan University, filling the space with dense chords of pure tone which will be held for three days. The frequencies of the sine waves are based on the wavelengths associated with the dimensions of the room. This is a long duration piece allowing visitors to walk amongst the standing waves, immersed in a soundscape of changing amplitudes and harmonies.
